  • 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tsp. hot pepper, crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cream-style corn
