- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. milk
- meat mixture, onion, mushrooms, etc. (optional toppings)
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 to 2 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Lightly grease and flour a 12 to 14-inch pizza pan.

3Combine flour, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, eggs and milk; blend until smooth.

4Pour batter into pan, tilting to cover. Sprinkle with meat mixture (if using uncooked meat, brown and drain), onion and mushrooms.

5Bake on low rack for 25 to 30 minutes until crust is golden brown.
