- 2 12 cups regular oats
- 12 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 12 cup honey
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
- 34 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 14 cup craisins
- 14 cup raisins
- 14 cup diced dried apricot
Directions

1Lightly toast almonds.

2Add to oatmeal, wheat germ.

3In a small bowl mix honey, spices and vanilla.

4Toss with oat mixture to coat.

5Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about ten minutes, stirring halfway through.

6Cool and add dried fruit.

7After cooling, keep in tupperware or lidded mason jar and enjoy with milk.
