  • 1 qt. red quinoa, cooked, cooled
  • 1 qt. kale, trimmed, torn into small pieces and sauteed
  • 1 qt. canned kidney beans, rinsed
  • 2 cups pomegranate seeds
  • 2 cups dried cranberries
  • 2 cups blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
  • 1 cup sunflower kernels
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 4-1/2 cups Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except dressing.

    For each serving: Serve 1 cup (250 mL) salad with 3 Tbsp.
