- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 1/2 cups corn posole, / hominy
- 1 teaspoon lard or oil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 can green chile
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in oil; add pork and brown.

2Transfer to crock pot or large kettle.

3Add remaining ingredients and enough water to cover.

4Cook on low for several hours, adding water as needed.
