Praline Mashed Sweet Potatoes

- 5 cups mashed sweet potatoes (or yams)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter, softened to room temp
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease/spray a casserole dish.

2In a mixing bowl, mix together mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, vanilla, eggs and cream; mix well. Spread into prepared casserole dish.

3In a seperate bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, flour, pecans and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly; sprinkle over the mashed sweet potato mixture.

4Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
