- 1 c. light or dark corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 c. pecans, finely crushed
- 3 c. creamy or chunk-style peanut butter
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Blend filling ingredients; pour into unbaked pie shell.

3Bake for 15 minutes.

4Reduce heat to 350°. Bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.

5Filling should appear slightly less set in center than around edge.
