  • 1 c. light or dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 c. pecans, finely crushed
  • 3 c. creamy or chunk-style peanut butter
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Blend filling ingredients; pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Reduce heat to 350°. Bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.
