- 1/2 c. toasted chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 eggs
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon/rum
Directions

1Prepare and roll out pastry.

2Line a 9-inch pie plate.

3Trim pastry 1/2-inch beyond edge of pie plate.

4Flute edge high.

5Do not prick.

6Line with a double thickness of foil.

7Bake at 450° for 8 minutes.

8Remove foil.

9Bake 4 to 5 minutes more or until set and dry.
