- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 onion, grated
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Directions

1Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise.

2Add potatoes and mix.

3Layer potato mixture, cheeses and onions as many times as desired.

4Pour milk and butter over top.

5Sprinkle additional cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
