- 1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped up or cut up fine with celery leaves
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. parsley, dried
- 1 pt. boiled down juice
- 1 small pkg. gelatin
Directions

1Boil chicken or stewing hen well until meat is done and falls off the bones.

2Remove chicken from bones and chop into small pieces.

3Use boiled down juice; skim off fat from chicken broth. Add gelatin.

4Pour over chicken; mix well and chill.
