Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. pretzels, crushed
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 oz. strawberry jello
  • 20 oz. strawberries (frozen)
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 7 oz. crushed pineapple

Directions

    Mix pretzels, melted butter and sugar together and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 7 to 10 minutes.

    Cool.

    Cream the cream cheese with sugar.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Spread over pretzels.

    Be careful to make sure it's even and that it's all covered.

    Mix jello with water until dissolved.

    Mix in strawberries and pineapple.

    Let partially set.

    Pour over cream cheese.
