- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 c. milk
- 1 c. water
- pinch of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- pretzels (added to taste or preference)
Directions

1Blend flour with butter.

2Add water to milk and heat.

3Add blended butter and flour to diluted milk and stir until smooth and creamy.

4Add a pinch of pepper and parsley.

5Break as many pretzels as you wish into soup just before serving.

6The amount of salt on the pretzels determines whether or not more salt should be added to taste.
