Primavera Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  • 1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
  • 1/2 of a medium red pepper, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1/2 of a small zucchini, finely chopped

  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
  • 1 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese, divided

    of the dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add peppers, zucchini and onions; cook until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in stuffing mix; cover.

    Meanwhile, place 2 of the chicken breasts in large freezer-weight resealable plastic bag.

    Pound chicken with the side of a heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet until chicken is 1/4-inch thick.
