- 5 lb. rib roast
- fresh garlic or garlic powder
- 6 to 8 c. chicken broth
- 1 small bottle Worcestershire
- 1 small bottle soy sauce
Directions

1Rub meat down with garlic.

2Mix broth and both sauces in large pan.

3Place meat in juice; marinate for 1/2 hour.

4Save juice. Place meat in a pan with a rack so juice can drip off meat.

5Put in oven at 450° for 1/2 hour.

6Turn oven to 350°.

7Baste with juice mixture every 1/2 hour.

8Do not cover meat.
-
9Cook 1/2 hour for every pound for a medium roast.
