- 2 cans whole small beets
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 6 tsp. cornstarch
- 4 packets sugar substitute
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Drain 1 1/2 cups beet juice into medium saucepan.

2Add packets of sugar substitute to beet juice; stir.

3Add 6 teaspoons cornstarch to 1/2 cup water and stir until dissolved, and all lumps are gone.

4Pour cornstarch mixture into beet juice.

5Cook on medium-high until beet mixture boils and gets thickened.

6Add cinnamon and stir until mixed thoroughly.

7Add drained beets and stir until heated through.
