- rib roast or good quality sirloin tip roast (3 to 3 1/2 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix seasonings.

2Rub well into meat.

3Place meat in roasting pan with no cover.

4Do not add water.

5For well done, bake at 200° for

66 1/2 hours.

7For well done on outside and rare inside, bake at 175° for first 3 1/2 hours, then raise to 200° for balance of time.

8Meat does not shrink.

9Leftover roast wrapped in foil and reheated at 200° will taste just as good.

10Slice thin for sandwiches.
