  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cream sugar and shortening together. Add eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients and then nuts and apples. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
