  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (we like EAS)
  • 2 -3 teaspoons instant coffee (caf or decaf)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 4 ice cubes

    Place all ingredients in blender (we have a small one serving blender that works great).
