- 16 ounces, weight Cottage Cheese
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 4 Eggs
- 8 Egg Whites
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients. Pulse until well-mixed.

2Preheat griddle and coat with nonstick spray. Using 1/4 cup of batter per pancake, cook pancakes until bubbles start to appear. Flip and cook for a few more minutes, checking regularly to make sure they don't burn.
