  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 dash your choice spices
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper, to taste

Directions

    In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey, salt, pepper and herbs of your choice.

    Separate the ground turkey into four portions and shape them around the hard-boiled eggs.

    Coat the meatballs in egg and then dip them in flour.

    Heat the oil on a sauce pan and fry the meatballs for about five minutes or until they appear cooked.
