- 4 lbs. (8 c.) pitted prunes, chopped fine
- 1 (2#) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 6 oranges, ground (rind & all)
- 4 lemons, juice only
- sugar (equal to total of above ingredients)
- nutmeats, chopped (optional)
Directions

1Place all above ingredients in crock or glass container.

2Let stand 5 to 7 days before serving, then refrigerate.

3Portion not used within 30 to 40 days should be put in containers and frozen. Serve on pancakes, waffles or French toast.
