Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.

2Cut in shortening until mixture is size of little peas.

3Mix together eggs and sour cream; add to dry ingredients.

4Dough will be stiff.

5Chill in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

6Roll out on a floured surface. Cut with a tart cutter.

7Place 1 teaspoon of prune mixture in center of tart.

8Cross strips of dough over the center to form a pinwheel or star shaped tart.

9Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
