  • 2 c. (1 lb.) lard
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • ice water

Directions

    Mix together first three ingredients.

    In 1-cup measure, put the vinegar and egg; beat slightly.

    Fill cup with ice water. Pour over first mixture and blend to make a soft dough.

    Makes 4 double crusts.
