- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 c. flour
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 pkg. Jell-O instant pudding (any flavor, butterscotch, chocolate, lemon)
- 4 c. cold milk
- 1 carton Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix oleo, nuts and flour together.

2Press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

3Cool.

4Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip.

5Spread on cooked, cooled crust.

6Mix 2 packages of pudding and 4 cups cold milk.

7Spread this layer.

8Top with remaining Cool Whip.

9Freeze until served.
