  • 2 c. cooked squash, fresh, frozen or canned
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. cornbread, crumbled
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken or celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until top browns slightly.
