  • 3 pkg. Stella D'Oro anisette sponge cookies
  • 1 large chocolate pudding (cook to serve)
  • 1 large vanilla pudding (cook to serve)
  • Cool Whip
  • sprinkles (to decorate)

Directions

    Slice cookies and layer (brown edge down lengthwise), on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Cook chocolate pudding according to directions.

    Smooth hot pudding on top of cookie layer.

    Layer with sliced cookies (not using brown edge slices). Cook vanilla pudding and smooth hot pudding on cookie layer. Layer with cookie slices.

    Let cool.

    Top with Cool Whip and sprinkles.
