Name: Pudding Chip Cookies
Ingredients: 1 c. margarine, softened; 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar; 1/4 c. granulated sugar; 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling (butter pecan, butterscotch, chocolate, milk chocolate, chocolate fudge, French vanilla or vanilla); 1 tsp. vanilla; 2 eggs; 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Baker's real semi-sweet chocolate chips; 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°.

Beat margarine, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.

Beat in eggs.

Gradually add flour and baking soda.

Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. (Dough will be stiff.)
