  • 1 c. margarine, softened
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling (butter pecan, butterscotch, chocolate, milk chocolate, chocolate fudge, French vanilla or vanilla)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Baker's real semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Beat margarine, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.

    Beat in eggs.

    Gradually add flour and baking soda.

    Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. (Dough will be stiff.)
