- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mix together the first 3 ingredients; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes (until golden brown). Meanwhile, mix the eggs, 2 cups sugar and lemon juice.

3Stir in 1/4 cup flour and baking powder; pour onto baked crust.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

5Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

6Cut when cool.
