  • 1 pkg. instant pudding mix
  • 1/4 c. cooking (salad) oil
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Mix ingredients until dough forms a ball. Shape into balls, using 1 teaspoon dough for each ball.

    Place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Flatten to about 2 inches with hand. Bake 8 minutes.

    Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
