   Oh yes, pudding in a bag! You, your friends, and children will without a doubt LOVE this!

   So, the best plan of action is to equally separate the pudding powder into 4 bags. Then add 1/2 cup of milk to each bag. Zip up the bag, leaving a bit of air inside.

   Hand a bag to each of the pudding-eating participants and SHAKE! Shake a lot. You will see the pudding change colour and consistency. After about 5 minutes of shaking, take a quick peek inside your bag to see if it's ready.

   When the pudding is of typical pudding-eating consistency, open the bag, and let out a bit of the air. Zip it back up, and cut off a bit of the corner, and then squeeze out the pudding! No need for spoons or anything else!

   It's a complete blast! I made this most recently on trip to Portugal. My niece and her friend thought that I was a bit crazy when we started shaking it. They had never experienced anything like it before. But, when it came time to eating, they thought it was the best idea ever!
