- 1 puff pastry (18 x 11-inch, Pepperidge Farm)
- 3 Tbsp. honey mustard
- 4 oz. thinly sliced Prosciutto
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. water
Directions

1On flat pastry, spread mustard.

2Arrange Prosciutto over mustard.

3Cover the pastry.

4Sprinkle with the cheese.

5Roll it up like a jelly roll starting with long end.

6Slice into 1/2-inch slices.

7Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

8Flatten with your hand.

9Chill 15 minutes.

10Preheat oven to 400°.

11Beat egg and water together and then brush over the rolls.

12Bake 10 minutes until puffy and golden.
