- 3 lb. (1.4 kg) boneless pork shoulder
- 1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 cup Bull's-Eye Guinness Draught Beer Blend Barbecue Sauce
- 10 kaiser buns, split
Directions

1Place first five ingredients in slow cooker; cover with lid.

2Cook on low 8 hours (or on high 6 hours).

3Remove meat from slow cooker; cut off and discard excess fat and liquid.

4Shred meat with fork; return to slow cooker.

5Microwave barbecue sauce on HIGH 40 sec.

7Add sauce to slow cooker; stir until meat is evenly coated.

8Fill buns with meat mixture.
