  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
