- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- not quite 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. beet juice
- small lump of margarine
Directions

1Mix cornstarch with sugar.

2Add vinegar and beet juice.

3Cook over moderate flame until begins to get thick.

4(Not too thick.) Add beets and margarine and heat until beets are hot.

5This is delicious.
