  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1-16 ounce can pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    In mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin.

    Beat until light and fluffy.

    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

    Add pumpkin mixture and mix thoroughly. Spread batter on ungreased 15 x 10 pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
