- 4 eggs
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1-16 ounce can pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1In mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin.

2Beat until light and fluffy.

3Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

4Add pumpkin mixture and mix thoroughly. Spread batter on ungreased 15 x 10 pan.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
