- 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs; add sugar, shortening and pumpkin.

2Sift remaining ingredients.

3Lightly grease and flour jelly pan.

4Add dry mixture to pumpkin mixture.

5Put in 11 x 17-inch jelly pan; bake 25 minutes at 350°.
