  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin mix
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. each: salt, cloves, nutmeg and ginger
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.

    Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cloves, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon and add to mixture; stir in.

    Mix well and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.

    Frost when cooled.
