- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Fiber One cereal, crushed
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 6 egg whites or 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. raisins or chopped nuts
Directions

1Grease and flour 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.

2In a large bowl, mix first 4 ingredients.

3Let stand for 10 minutes. Heat oven to 350°.

4Stir in egg whites until blended.

5Stir in remaining ingredients.

6Pour into pan.

7Bake for 25 to 30 minutes; cool.

8If desired, spread with cream cheese frosting. Cut into bars.

9Refrigerate
