  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.

    Sift the remaining ingredients and add to mixture.

    Mix well.

    Pour into greased and floured 12 x 18 x 1-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
