- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup Mazola Corn Oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 29 oz Can of Pumpkin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon (use a good one, I like Saigon Cinnamon for this recipe)
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda

Add oil and water and eggs mixing slowly until all the ingredients are thoroughly blended together, and there's no lumps.", "", "Add pumpkin and mix on low setting for 60 seconds or until its throughly blended.", "", "Slowly add flour, again on your low setting, until everything is throughly blended. It usually takes me 2 minutes or so.
