  • 1 1/2 c. chopped dates
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 heaping tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. pumpkin
