  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves

    Mix all ingredients.

    Bake in greased and floured angel food cake pan at 350° for 55 minutes.

    Cool before removing from pan. Dust with powdered sugar or use lemon glaze and garnish with pecans.
