  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients well.

    In another bowl, combine the pumpkin, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Fold the two mixtures together and pour into a greased tube pan. Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.
