- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. cooked pumpkin (or 1 lb. can)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves together; pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

2Sprinkle dry cake mix on top.

3Drizzle melted butter over mix; spread chopped nuts over all.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

5(Cover with foil loosely to keep from browning too soon the first half of cooking time.)

6Cut into squares.

7Serve topped with whipped cream.
