- 2/3 c. pumpkin pie filling
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
Directions

1Spread batter evenly in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.

2Top with nuts.

3Bake in a 375° oven for 15 minutes.

4Turn out on towel sprinkled with sifted confectioners sugar and starting at narrow end, roll cake and towel together; cool on rack.

5Unroll; spread with filling.

6Roll up again.
