  • 1 package 16 Oz Pound Cake Mix
  • 3 whole Eggs, Divided
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 4 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice, Divided
  • 1 package (8 Oz.) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 14 ounces, weight Sweet Condensed Milk
  • 15 ounces, weight Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans

Directions

    In a large bowl, on low speed, combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

    In the same bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk, remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, remaining 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice and salt. Mix well.

    Pour over the crust and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until set.
