- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cloves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine crumbs and margarine.

3Press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.

4Bake 5 minutes.

5Combine cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, spices and salt.

6Mix at medium speed until blended.

7Add eggs, one at a time.

8Mix well after each.

9Pour over crust.

10Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes.

11Loosen cake from rim of pan.

12Cool.

13Remove rim of pan.

14Chill several hours.
