  • 1 package pound cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp margarine or butter, melted
  • 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

    Preheat oven to 350.

    In a large mixer bowl, on low speed, combine cake mix, one egg, and two teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly.

    Press onto the bottom of a 15x10-inch jellyroll pan.

    In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.

    Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, then remaining two eggs, pumpkin, remaining pumpkin pie spice, and salt; mix well.

    Pour over crust, sprinkle with nuts.

    Bake 30-35 minutes or until set.
