- 1 package pound cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp margarine or butter, melted
- 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2In a large mixer bowl, on low speed, combine cake mix, one egg, and two teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly.

3Press onto the bottom of a 15x10-inch jellyroll pan.

4In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.

5Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, then remaining two eggs, pumpkin, remaining pumpkin pie spice, and salt; mix well.

6Pour over crust, sprinkle with nuts.

7Bake 30-35 minutes or until set.

8Cool.

9Chill; cut into bars.

10Store covered in refrigerator.
