  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 12 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 15 ounces cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 32 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 16 ounces pumpkin
  • 4 ounces green chilies, chopped
  • 24 ounces beer

Directions

    Sweat onions in the oil on medium-low heat until they become transparent (approximately 10 minutes).

    Add garlic and dry spices.

    Saute for 2 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix throughly.

    Bring to boil, reduce head and simmer for 1 hour.
