  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
  • 2/3 c. buttermilk
